CleanCRM

Terms of service

Last updated 20 September 2026

These terms apply when you use CleanCRM at cleancrm.wiseparadox.com, run by WiseParadox (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or choosing a plan, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your account and keys

Give us accurate details and keep your password and API keys private. You're responsible for everything done with your keys; revoke a key from your dashboard the moment you think it has leaked. Tell us at admin@wiseparadox.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Plans and allowances

Each plan includes a number of records per calendar month (UTC), shown on our home page. Every record in a request counts once; requests that fail validation are not counted. Unused records don't roll over. Requests over the allowance are refused until the next month or an upgrade. There is no free plan; the keyless demo on our home page is limited to 50 rows a request.

Your data and your responsibilities

You must have the right to process the records you send us. We process them only to return the cleaned result and never store them (see the privacy policy). Check the result before importing it back into your CRM: CleanCRM standardises formats and flags likely duplicates using published rules, but it can't know your customers. Phone numbers are checked for validity against numbering plans, not for being in service, and US addresses are formatted to USPS conventions, not verified as deliverable.

Acceptable use

Don't use CleanCRM to process data you're not entitled to, to overload the service, or to break the law. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that do.

The service

We work hard to keep CleanCRM accurate and available, but no cleaning is perfect and requests can occasionally fail; retry failed requests, they are not charged. We may change or improve features over time, and we'll tell paid customers by email before any change that reduces what their plan includes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Where the Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that can't be excluded, our liability is limited to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paid plans, we'll email you before it takes effect. These terms are governed by Australian law. Questions: admin@wiseparadox.com.
